Shipping Policy
We deliver all over India. Our delivery timelines may vary from location to location. However, on average, any order takes about 4-5 business days to get delivered from the date of placing the order. If your supply has still not been delivered in the stipulated time, please drop an email at care@wonderize.in and we will sort it out for you.
Shipping charges on all Prepaid order above Rs.399 is free .
Orders below Rs.399 will bear a shipping charge of Rs 49.
Return Policy
Your personal well-being is important to us and we do our best to maintain high standards of hygiene. Due to the intimate nature of menstrual / personal hygiene products, our sanitary pads, panty liners and period panty are non-returnable and non-refundable.
However, if damaged, defective or different/wrong items delivered to you, please write to us at care@wonderize.in with the details. Such cases will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Upon receipt of the request, we will fully examine it and notify you within a reasonable time. Please note that you should have invoice with you and we accept product-related concerns (e.g., damage, defective) only up to 5 days from the date of delivery.
